Purchasing Your Sponsorship - Once you've made your selection, please complete the form within the Sponsorship Packages brochure and return the form to Jessie Pfaff at jessiep@icbnd.com.

Please note that sponsorships can not be purchased online and must be paid for via check or ACH. Sponsors will receive a promo code from ICBND to utilize all registration discounts accrued.

Booth Rate Includes the Following:

  • One complimentary full registration enabling one person to attend all functions, meals and general sessions ($650 value).
  • Additional booth attendees can register for $200 per person before August 1, 2025. At that time the price increases to $300 per person. The additional booth attendee can attend Monday's Exhibits and Theme Party ONLY. If they would like to attend additional events, they must register as a full attendee.  
  • One 8' table and two chairs per booth.
  • Table linen available upon request - NO PINS OR ADHESIVE ALLOWED ON LINEN
  • Product/Service description in the ICBND Exhibitor Directory.
  • Pre-Convention mailing database of convention delegates for marketing purposes (emailed upon your request).
  • Recognition in Post Convention Community Banker Newsletter


Traffic Building Incentives Include:

  • Theme Party & PAC Auction: Held in conjunction with the exhibit hall opening on Monday evening. Dress yourself and your booth up in the wilderness explorer theme for a chance to win a FREE booth in 2026. 
  • Exhibit hall hours designed for maximum traffic flow.
  • Exhibitors have the opportunity to give away a specific booth prize from your company. Prize winners will be announced during the Theme Party on Monday night.
  • Prize Opportunities for Attendees
    • Walk-A-Thon: Each bank attendee will be given an exhibitor map. Bankers will ask exhibitors to initial their booth space on the map. Once completed, attendees will be eligible for a chance to win cash prizes of $2,500, $1,000, $500, $400, $300, $200, and $100. These prizes will be awarded during the Annual Banquet on Tuesday evening.
    • PAC Auction: The ICBND PAC auction is our most successful way of raising money for our PAC account. This fund is used exclusively to support candidates in legislative races from both political parties in the state of North Dakota. The PAC auction is a silent auction format and will be held during the Monday evening Theme Party. All attendees are eligible to purchase tickets during the event and place them in the basket corresponding with the item they are interested in winning. At the end of the evening we will draw one winner for each prize.  
    • Liquor Raffle: Attendees can purchase a ticket for a chance to win 15 bottles of top-shelf liquor donated by the ICBND Board of Directors.

57th Annual ICBND Convention Golf Scramble
September 15, 2025

ICBND invites you to attend its 2025 Golf Scramble, scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025. The golf scramble will take place at Prairie Bully Pulpit Golf Course, in Medora. This will be a day of fun and camaraderie, celebrating North Dakota's community banks and their continued commitment to their communities and customers.

Registration: 9:30 am (MT)
Shotgun Start: 10:00 am (MT)
Scramble Format: Mixed 4-person - 18 hole event
Golf Entry Fee: $200/golfer (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A FULL CONVENTION REGISTRATION)
*includes range balls, green fees, cart, lunch and prizes (5 team prizes of $400 to each team, plus hole prizes)
Mulligans: 1 for $15, 2 for $25, or 3 for $30 - Limit 3
*Mulligan proceeds will benefit the ICBND PAC. Must be purchased with cash or personal check payable to ICBankPAC.
*Disclosure: The ICBankPAC cannot accept corporate contributions, anonymous contributions, or a contribution in the name of, or on behalf of another person. Contributions made to an association or business PAC are not deductible for income tax purposes. State PACs are required to report the name and mailing address of each contributor of more than $200.

ICBND has selected Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation as the recipient of our charitable contribution project for 2025. Please note that ALL money raised will be donated directly to Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation!

The ICBND PAC auction is our most successful way of raising money for our PAC account. 2025 ICBND Service Awards

Please help us recognize the dedication of the men and women who have given so much of their lives to the integrity of independent community banking by nominating them for the “ICBND Service Award.”

We will honor only those individuals who have reached a “milestone” year, i.e. 20, 30, 40, 50 and above, within the year of 2025. No award will be given for the years in between unless they are retiring this year and have over 20 years of service.

These awards will be presented at the 2025 ICBND Annual Convention, during the closing annual banquet, on Tuesday, September 16, at the Tjaden Terrace. The honoree will receive a personal invitation as our guest for this event. For those unable to attend, we will deliver the certificate to the bank president for personal presentation to the honoree.
