Summary of Work
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Portfolio Administrator to support the Business Bankers in analyzing new loan requests and managing the loan portfolio. This role involves gathering and evaluating financial information, structuring loans to minimize risk, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Loan Portfolio Administrator will work closely with internal teams and financial institutions, assisting in loan processing, portfolio management, and credit analysis.
This position is responsible for monitoring existing loans, ensuring compliance with on-going requirements of the loan portfolio and assisting with loan modifications as needed. Analyzing financial data to assess creditworthiness, reviewing and structuring loan applications to align with bank guidelines, and managing loan documentation, processing, and closing is also an important aspect of the role. Additionally, maintaining loan records and tracking delinquencies, are essential functions. Serving as a key point of contact for lending support staff and financial institutions, this position plays a critical role in ensuring strong relationships and smooth loan portfolio operations.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires an undergraduate degree with specific emphasis in accounting, banking and finance, business administration, or economics and at least three years of commercial and/or agriculture lending, credit or financial analysis work experience. Additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
