The ICBND Certified Frontline Professional program gives the employees who greet and serve your customer base long-term training to represent your bank in the best possible way.
Sessions are offered in the spring and fall, and attendees receive certification once they’ve attended two sessions in one calendar year. Annual re-certification requires attending one further session each calendar year. All Certified Frontline Professionals will receive a Certificate of Frontline Professional status each year they are certified.
